Artist Gretchen Armbruster is a south Louisiana artist working in oils, watercolor and pencil mediums. Early studies were under the direction of Robert Rosbach, David Jinks, and Alan Flattman. Gallery across the country feature her landscapes, nudes, and still-life oil paintings. Her gallery is a showcase of established and up and coming artists. She captures the colorful area that she grew up in through depictions of carnival, jazz, and local personalities and is a highly sought after portrait artist.
