MOLD!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Don’t rent here! They Double charged the last 3 months (June, July & August 2026) for the Water and Electric. They are evicting students if they don’t pay double fees and wait for a refund.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could give 0 starts I WOULD! They will scam you when you move out & tell you they will reduce the damage charges, but will NEVER respond back to you. I moved out July 15th and have been trying to get ahold of them and it’s September!!! If you moved here, please be aware! I cleaned my room too to bottom & they still charged me an arm and a leg! BE AWARE!
