Now Open! At the heart of Mercer Island, winding trails and open water give way to the Cascades. Gathering places and green spaces are all around. And steaming lattes and vibrant smoothies are always just around the corner. It sounds like a dream getaway, but at Lunara Apartments, it’s home. Whatever the day calls for, there’s no need to rush, worry, or second-guess. It’s all right here, well within reach, at Lunara.

We are really appreciative of Marenza & her collegue for making our application process super easy & seamless. We are really pleased with the location of Lunara as we were looking to move to a quieter, safer neighborhood compared to the chaos of Downtown Seattle. We look forward to moving into our unit and calling Lunara our new home.
I couldn’t be happier with the decision of moving to Lunara, the Leasing team are the the sweetest and most helpful I’ve ever dealt with. The maintenance team is also amazing. I’m loving the experience of living in a whole brand new building. I recommend Lunara 100%
extremely strong renovation odor and terrible property management
