I had a great experience working with Charlie at the Museum Tower leasing office. Charlie was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend working with Charlie if you’re considering Museum Tower!

⭐ 1/5 This building is terrible from top to bottom — quite literally. For the amount of money residents pay to live here, the number of broken amenities, ongoing maintenance issues, and lack of security is ridiculous. Starting at the top: the rooftop. The grills have had issues all summer. At one point, we were down to ONE working grill out of the few advertised. The gas fireplaces around the seating areas have never worked during the time I’ve lived here, the TVs don’t work, and there are no umbrellas or adequate shade around the pool.
