I really enjoy living here! Tanya made our move-in process super easy and has been wonderful. She’s very present in the neighborhood and is always friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. She genuinely puts effort into building a sense of community and making residents feel welcome. As a small business owner, I especially appreciate how supportive she’s been of my financial planning practice. She’s allowed me to use the leasing office to host networking and educational events, which has been a great way to connect with neighbors and grow my business.
Hi I’ve been back here for 14 months now and I thought Mrs Dontrell was just the sweetest but Mrs. Tanya is so kind helpful and easy to talk to whenever I have a problem Mrs Tanya always has the answer and I can promise you she always has the solution and it gets solved ASAP. Because of Mrs Tanya I decided to stay another year or more especially with it being so peaceful you can not go wrong a PROPERTY MANAGER X A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD you can not go wrong I highly recommend Nautical Point to anyone looking for a new safe and peaceful home. ❤️
I can’t say enough great things about Tanya! She truly went above and beyond to help me secure a home so quickly, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of her help throughout the process. She is extremely responsive, communicates clearly, and always makes you feel like you’re a priority. Tanya is not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind and caring. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier and smoother. If you’re looking for a property manager who truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Tanya!
