We’ve had great experience renting from WPPM in the past. But we just saw a property managed by Ethan Sanchez. He was so rude, and so dismissive. We asked about installing an EV charger and he told us that was an HOA matter (it’s not), and they just manage the property. The proper thing to do is contact the owner and ask. Then he was like “any questions?” More like: hint, get out, I don’t want to be here. We walked out without considering the property further if this is who we’d have to deal with.
We were so pleased with West Point Property Management! They were patient with our often extensive list of questions (especially early on), the entire staff replied promptly to emails, and problems were efficiently addressed for the tenants. Given that we were renting out our home and not just a rental property, the team provided peace of mind that the house was in good hands while we were away. Highly recommend!
West Point Management has been exceeding our expectations with prompt customer service and attention to details at all levels. We are grateful to the entire team especially Heather and Jana for prompt and efficient customer service. We highly recommend this company.
